Advertising in the Pink Sheet
The Pink Sheet is mailed free to all Village residents and businesses. We even have out-of-town subscribers. This website offers a downloadable pdf of each issue, so we can reach a global community. Each issue of The Pink Sheet features the Gates Mills Community Calendar, Letters from the Mayor, Police Chief and Pink Sheet Editor, upcoming events, Library and Land Conservancy information and more.
Of course the Pink Sheet is an exclusive publication.
We are read cover to cover and provide ongoing schedules of activities and Village updates. Many people refer to our ad pages, especially when they require a service or product.
Advertising Rules:
ALL ADS MUST BE PREPAID. We accept checks, cash or PayPal.
Deadline for submissions is 5 pm on the 20th of the month prior to the next issue.
Display ads require two Gates Mills references. By requiring two Gates Mills references for each display ad, Villagers know that their advertisers are highly recommended. Personal ads do not require references.
Ads and notices may be mailed to P.O. Box 372, Gates Mills, Ohio 44040. Personal ads are 75¢ per word, and an e-mail address, website or phone number equals 2 words.
Sorry, because The Pink Sheet is a 40+-page publication, we can't mail you a copy each time you run an ad, but you can always buy a subscription, download a pdf online or pick up a copy at Town Hall.
We reserve the right to withdraw any ad from the publication for any reason.
The Pink Sheet publishes 10 issues each year. July/August and December/January are combined issues. Remember, the Pink Sheet is a volunteer-run organization, so those combined issues give us a little time off.
